Scribbling Gold

Whew so sad that I haven't found the time to post something. I've been busy with my business and playing in the stock market to keep me from starving (My parents don't give me anymore allowance so i have to use the money i saved to play in the stock market so i can live) Now I'm finally free and in the mood to start typing, lets get on the report shall we.

INSCRIPTION - GLYPH MARKET
The first thing that comes to my mind when i found out the condition of this market right now is just like the feeling of getting hit by an Ele Shaman and a DestroLock at the same time, WTF???.
The glyph market is still lively as ever and its still a gold mine. There's just a change of orientation on how you should approach this market. Here is the condition of the glyph market before and after :
BEFORE :
   1. Low material cost
   2. EXTREMELY high demand
   3. Low margin High quantity selling
NOW :
   1. Moderate material cost
   2. Low-Decent demand (But it was very high during the start of cataclysm)
   3. High margin Low quantity (Niche Market)
To sum it up, glyph was so easy and plentiful back in WotLK and even a lvl 5 character that powerlvl their inscription up 75 skill point can make a killing in the market with some low level glyph and ink that can be sold in high quantity. The OLD glyph mechanics provide high demand EVERYDAY thats why back then competition was fierce because the market was like a huge ocean with tons of fish that reproduce everyday.
As awesome as it is for gold makers however, blizzard notice this and change the glyph mechanics into a more player friendly mechanics that we know now. Because of one time purchase, the glyph demand is limited into the number of players and classes exist in a server. Decreased demand and high material cost drive competition away into more profitable market such as DARKMOON CARDS, but the demand for glyph is still there and the major change is due to one time buying condition, people are willing to pay high prices just for a glyph. This high margin is what make scribbling glyphs is like scribbling gold. There are also less competition and mats are not that hard to obtain although i prefer that you mill the ink from the herbs that currently exist in the AH instead of trading DARKFALLOW INK into the ink you need to make the glyph. Its a lot less cheaper.

To Sum it up on how to make a killing in glyph business today :
1. Get the materials from the herb instead of trading it unless there are very few stock in the AH.
2. Focus on popular and useful glyph with high margin and low available quantity in the AH.
3. Only create 1 or 2 glyph for each type and check your AH more often for sold items then recreate
Providing less glyph for each type can widen your market span and save you mats to create them. Glyph business is still good nowadays and i pity those people that quit from this market into other market BUT however i pity i still prefer them to stay at whatever they're selling and leave me alone in the glyph market. Anyway, goodluck :D

@ Andreas
*EDITED*
Thanks for your info, Didn't notice the level requirement because i write it based on my experience when i was just started leveling my toon and inscription while selling Midnight and Moonglow ink and some glyph but can't seem to recall which glyph it is.

As for the language, I'm from Indonesia and blogspot.com adjust my account to have Indonesian language. I'm not too familiar with blogging and the script and i'll find a way to set it up in full English. For now, I'm really sorry for your inconvenience. :(
